Rob Greene - Vice President

Rob is a veteran real estate advisor (since 1993) who enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, whitewater rafting, kayaking, snowshoeing, trail running, cyclocross riding and scuba diving. What better place to live than Beautiful British Columbia to enjoy all these activities and adventures? Originally from Montreal, and fluent in French, he’s been living in BC since 1988 and believes that it’s the best place on earth!

 

Rob has been involved with residential sales throughout the lower mainland (Vancouver area up to Whistler), some land assemblies, has worked with the tourism, film & TV industries and has been involved with large infrastructure projects like the Canada Line Rapid Transit Project, the Bell Mobility 2010 Olympic Build Project and the Kinder Morgan Twinning Project.

Rob is currently the Managing Broker with LandQuest® and is actively working with clients to sell bare land, recreational and development properties, ski resorts and other alpine properties.

Adrienne hewett - Treasurer

Owner and  Managing Broker at Hewett Homes - North Shore

Adrienne first obtained her Real Estate Salesman’s and Sub Mortgage Brokers licence in 1993 and was hired and trained by NRS Block Bros Realty in North Vancouver. 

 

She left the Real Estate Industry in the late 90’s when she married and moved out of the lower mainland.  Adrienne took on a number of Federal and Provincial Finance positions until re-focusing her education towards increasing her knowledge in Accounting and Finance Management.   She returned to her home on the North Shore in 2004 and worked in a municipal administration position until she re-entered the Private Real Estate Industry in 2009.  

 

There she worked solely with and for a Senior Retired Real Estate Developer, she was responsible for his private portfolio in Business Finance Management, Mortgage and Real Estate consulting and Property Management and maintenance on all of his sites, within and outside of Canada.  Through this work, she was introduced and was mentored from some of the most successful and powerful people in the Industry, new and old school.  

 

Adrienne’s broad knowledge base enables her to see a larger industry picture, with specialities in Finance and Administration. She returned to Sauder in 2016 and worked towards obtaining her Property Management, Trading and Brokers Business Planning and Financial Management Licenses and is now focusing on the 2018 launch of her Real Estate Brokerage, Hewett Homes.

 

She looks forward to supporting REBA, as Treasurer, while participating and encouraging growth within our unique community.  Adrienne is passionate about creating a supportive and safe forum where Managing Brokers and owners can share experience, encouragement and mentorship to those others, who are seeking. Her business knowledge is a testament and she truly believes others’ experiences, strategies and defeats can reshape our own brokerages and industry, and help everyone grow together into the future

Peter kirk- director

Bianca Myddleton - Director

Bianca has received her Real Estate License in 2000 and her Brokers license in 2011. After working for another brokerage for 15 years she ventured out into the world of Brokerage Ownership.Bianca opened Coldwell Banker Marquise Realty in S. Surrey December 2015 and later expanded to the Sunshine Coast September 2017. Bianca is a member of both the FVREB & REBGV. Tony is currently a Director of the Vancouver Chinatown Foundation, a non-profit organization, dedicated to revitalizing and rejuvenating Vancouver’s historic Chinatown and honouring a culture and community established in Vancouver over 100 years ago.

 

Tony is a member of the Real Estate Institute of BC (holding the RI professional designation); National Association of Industrial Office Properties (NAIOP); International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC); former REIBC Representative on the Real Estate Council of BC’s Property Management Advisory Group; as well as past Director of Urban Development Institute (UDI) Pacific Region.
